Shipping

Purchases will be shipped within 2 business days (Mon. through Fri.) via USPS first-class mail. Due to COVID-related shipment delays, your patience during this time is appreciated. Please plan accordingly if ordering a time-sensitive gift.

Tracking is provided for all orders except those only containing stickers. Insurance will be included for all paintings and orders over $50.

Returns

If item(s) arrive damaged, please reach out to [email protected] with photos within 7 days for a refund/insurance claim.


Requests for refunds unrelated to shipping damage should be made within 14 days of delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to pack the item(s) for safe return.

Refund will be given in the original payment method within 2 business days of receiving the return.
